MWC 2010 is definitely a big event for Samsung as they finally made their first Bada handset official. Samsung Wave is finally announced, and the phone itself has pretty much the same feature and specs that we've already covered yesterday. The Wave (S8500) will be the first handset to use the Super AMOLED display with the 800x480 resolution, the other specs are the 1GHz processor, a 5MP camera (seems become more common isn't it?), aGPS, accelerometer, 2GB or 8GB of internal storage, a microSD slot and of course the Bada OS. The Wave is also going to be the first handset to ship with Bluetooth 3.0.
No words on the pricing, but it will be available worldwide starting in April.

4243362215_d370e21229_o

ZOOM is a device that works to keep your mobile phone on a wireless leash, and by wireless, I mean using Bluetooth wireless signal. How does it work? It's pretty simple, If you walk away from your handset or the handset is walking away from you (read: stolen), then ZOMM will sounds an alarm. But that's not all, The ZOMM could also vibrates, flashes lights and provides a sound for incoming calls. Yep that's right, this little device could also work as a speakerphone, so you no longer need to dig into your purse to answer a call, pretty cool huh?

The ZOMM is pretty small, no bigger than a typical car remote control & this device is expected to be unveiled at the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) today. To know more about the ZOMM, read it's press release
