Facebook for Android gets a major update

If you ask me and probably most of Android users about Facebook App, one thing that came into our mind is that the app is inferior compared to the iPhone's or Blackberry's. Android 2.2 is coming to Samsung Galaxy S in September

According to Samsung UK Mobile twitter account, they tweeted that the international version of Galaxy S will receive the Android 2.2 update in September. About three days ago, the Galaxy S owners could update their device using the leaked update for Android 2.2. But there are reports saying that the update is still very buggy and unstable. Considering all of those stuffs, I think it is safer to wait for the official release on September.

Hopefully, after the update, Samsung also will fix the occasional lag that I had experienced when I'm playing with the Galaxy S at the ICS a couple of weeks ago. We'll keep you posted about it!

Your Nexus One haven't got the Android 2.2 OTA update? Do it manually!

Just a couple of days after the announcement of Android 2.2 Froyo, the update has been rolled out to some of the Nexus One owners.
